💻 Remote Requirements & Setup

The entire flashing process is performed remotely by our technician via TeamViewer or AnyDesk. You must prepare:

• Laptop: Windows 10, or 11 (x64) with at least 4GB RAM (8GB recommended).
• Storage: Minimum 20GB of free space on your Windows C: drive.
• Cable: ENET Cable (RJ-45 to OBD2) or a USB-C to Ethernet adapter.
• Network: A strong, stable Wi-Fi or wired internet connection near the car.
• Power Supply: A car battery charger/stabilizer is recommended during flashing.
• Hardware Note: BMW models upgrading from ID4 must have a Wi-Fi antenna installed on the back of the head unit for wireless CarPlay connection.
